I tried Viberect and magic wand; it seems I need something more powerful to push me over.

I bought one after my RRP in 2016. It is powerful but I could never get it to vibrate at a frequency that I found arousing enough to climax. I acquired Anorgasmia after my surgery (nerve sparing-a joke) and I attribute my failure to truly orgasm to that condition. I tried all the off-label medications recommended by my UCSF doctor but nothing improved the anorgasmia. I drifted into Electro-Stimulation and currently use an Erostek ET-312B device to achieve what I call "pleasure waves." The intensity is low and quite different than a normal orgasm. I usually get some relief from that.

As to the Nobra Twincharger Vibrator, the sucker will beat you up and has plenty of power. So if you want "more" power just crank it up but first fasten your seat belt.

After my surgery I ended up with a 5 1/2 dick when erect. I was somewhat short, I believe, for the successful use of the device. I felt like I needed more length and girth to really get the full benefit of it. I wanted to wrap it around my dick and not have to manually hold it. I used rubber bands to enclose my erect penis (I inject Bimix to get erect), think hotdog in a bun, to save my hand from holding the vibrating Twincharger.
It still did now work for me so I gave it to my son.

Last year I purchased the Venus 2000 on a trial basis. It is quite a machine, and the support received from Bunny was super and way above what any customer could expect. Due to my loss of sensitivity after my RRP I couldn't get enough satisfaction (friction) from the device and we tried every trick. If I had had normal penis sensitivity or even just a little less the thing would have been wonderful. I sadly returned it.
