Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

I was a turtle dick before my implant so love the fact that I have a 3.5 -4" flaccid dick now. Love playing with it flaccid and do get some engorgement from doing that, which feels great. I'm no porn star but very thankful for what I do have and the fact I can make it hard anytime I want and leave it that way for hours with no pain. If I'm home alone, I'm nude, and like seeing it bonce around when I walk. The implant has been the best thing I have ever done for myself!

Hey Happy and Fishing... because I do not have now, nor have I ever had a Titan, I am just going by what MANY of the Titan recipients have said. As I have said before, there are only a few of our members qualified to have a completely honest opinion and those are the few that have had both AMS and Coloplast (and not the ones that had the first one removed after a month or two, that's just not enough time to fairly judge. Some of the guys like the fact that they bulge and others hate it. :)

I had my first implant for 2 yrs and my second for just over a year . So I do know how the TITAN loosens up over ime that's why I can speak about it.

OK, fair enough. I still have to wonder why all of these Titan implantees post about "dog ears" and rigidity... I don't think for one minute that they are being deceptive. :)

I knew up front about how rigid the Titan was. After my 3rd one I ask about the and and was told It wouldn't fit me right after having a 24cm titan and the girth I have. So I've thought about them both very hard and come to the decision to stay with one that I knows fits me well in length an girth.
For dog ears I don't have i believe it do to the thickness as the base of the penis which is different on every man and changes as we get older.
I'm 51 new implant in Jan. 2018 with Titan one 24 cm no RTE,had issues with tubbing and fluid gathered around reservoir which cause deflation issues. Tubbing got kinked. Had total replacement with AMS CX 24cm 3rtes
Size 7 in. girth 6 erect

The one thing that has been said and I have really looked into is that, med with severe Peyronie's and men with large dicks need the rigidity of the Titan. I think that men with close to or under average length will have the problems that we hear about. :)

I agree.. When men go in about an implant they are thinking of two things. Big and hard!
With men that has a smaller a dick need to consider with Titan they are made for men on the grander scale. It would like putting your foot in a sock that fits just right not to big not to small.
