I have struggled with ED since high school. I could cum but any engorgement occurred right before I orgasmed. As I've gotten older the situation has worsened. I went about 9 or 10 years without an erection or an orgasm. Needless to say, no encounters or relationships. I think the worst thing that happened as a result was my loss of confidence which was shaky anyway. It's rather tragic actually.

I was told by the urologist prior to my implant that I could expect to begin having orgasms within six weeks to 3 months. I'm 5 months out and I'm still struggling with anorgasmia. I was getting hopeless and even more depressed until I found this site.

I have been successful in achieving orgasm twice so I guess they're actually is Hope. I've learned from the wonderful guys on here that healing can take up to a year! I did not know that. I would love getting to know some of you and chat! All the best!

Welcome to the site, glade you found us. I got my implant in June of '18 and love it! I am bi but have been married for 55 yrs. to a wonderful women. I'm 78 and she is 76 and we still have sex. My ED problems started when I was in my sixties, I used Trimix for 12 years, when that stopped working I got the implant.

Hi! Another gay guy here. In the early 2000's I was hit with a severe case of Peyronie's and ED. About the same time, it started getting harder and harder to cum with penetrative or oral sex. Eventually, couldn't at all. So, I had anorgasmia long before implant. Can only orgasm with aggressive masturbation, but that seems to be improving slowly. I had a very interesting childhood, it is interesting to talk to other gay or bi men my age and compare our lives and the effect it has had on our lives. Although I didn't understand it at the time, I was molested as a child, did that predispose me to being bi or was I simply born that way. I know that there are other bi or gay men that had sex with their buddies or maybe they were molested. I think the more you know the more you understand about your own feels. I am bi, but I have been totally faithful to my wife of 55 yrs. and that will not change, but I still look back and wonder why I have the desire to look at guys dicks.
I hope this helps you understand where I'm coming from.
