Gay Frank Talk members?

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

Congratulations Big Boy. You are on your way to frequent flyer points. Even if you go down to 6” erect, that will be fine combined with your bionic penis that can stand up for hours without any discomfort (unlike trimix. Used too little and nothing. Used too much and painfull.) Bottoms are delighted you can go on so long. You are probably inflated for the next 3-4 weeks which is a bloody nuisance, but necessary for penis chambers to heal at maximum size. After that keep it inflated at home, say, as much as practical to maintain size. Inflation/deflation takes practice, but you will get the hang of it. Take it from a geriatric stud in Toronto.
P.S. No one will know it’s an implant if you don’t tell them. My scrotum tightens during sex, so pump is almost undetectable. Maybe during afterglow, assuming you linger.

I hope I'm not 6"--my sexual identity has always been situated as the top with the great cock! My surgeon said I'm not inflated at all, which is why I shouldn't judge it yet. I guess they all do things differently. He said I'm probably the biggest he's operated on (he's young, lol) and seemed to think I'd be close to my pre-op size. I still worry. Trimix worked and really put my sex life into overdrive. I was getting more action at 50 than I did at 25! But, like you, I could never guage it right. Too little and my boner was no better than it was on Viagra. But when I used enough to give me that super-hard result, I'd be stuck with a hardon for four hours or more. Limiting and spacing the number of injections meant I had to say no when I wanted to say yes. I was pretty transparent about using trimix and got to where I would stack hookups into that four-hour window. It was exhausting, haha! I look forward to being more spontaneous and not planning my sex life around trimix injections.

The pelvic swelling has gone down enough to do a hard ruler, somewhat bone-pressed measurement that came in at 6.2" long, flaccid. I'm more encouraged now. :)

Hello, everyone.

I'm new to Frank Talk, this is my first post and I thought it was appropriate for me to begin here. I'm in an open mixed open relationship after coming out gay to my wife in 2004. I had BPH and several months ago had my prostate reduced with the Rezum procedure, very successful. About a month ago I received my first Bimix injection from my urologist (she) and have loved my bionic cock so very much. Being multi-orgasmic with my male lovers is so very wonderful. Before I was mostly a bottom, but find myself topping many of my male lovers. I'm open to comments and conversations with gay and bisexual males about sex for them and their experiences. I'd love to meet same-sex leaning guys in my area or in my travels with their injected or implanted cocks to compare our cock and more. It's nice to have a forum to be open in.

Tom
WM, 70, 6'0", 165lbs., 31" w., erect, cut 7", 5.5" circ. In mixed-orientation marriage and out as gay. Lipo, laser hair removed, Rezum procedure, weekly trimix user. Sex with male lovers only.

I live in the Wash DC area. I'm happy to chat with anyone about my experience. I'm in an open relationship. Married 15 years. I do deal with playtime with relative "strangers" as well as regular buds. Surgery is scheduled for August 8. Message me if you want to chat on phone or skype.

Hi all, been a LONG time since I was on the site so thought I would say hello. My name is Matt, I would consider myself, bi, had implant at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN in 2010, I couldn't be more pleased. I am curious if there are others in my area, Northwest Wisconsin, that are also members of the "club"!? I am close to the Twin Cities, Duluth, Eau Claire, just looking for others to chat and perhaps meet up with to talk about our respective journeys. Looking forward to hearing back, glad I decided to stop by. I have always enjoyed the site and what Paul and the crew have accomplished!

Steve in Orlando, FL here. Just turned 61, Partnered for nearly 18 years, ED for two and a half years (vascular hardening, possibly due to years of Finasteride for BPH). Technically open relationship, but I only play with a regular (that I've known nearly 25 years) and my hubby. BPH, having UroLift procedure done next week (slightly nervous, but not much). Next step may be implant, plenty damned nervous about that. Viagra helps but gives me days of bad bodyaches and headaches to the point of migraine, hence the implant possibility.
Early 60s with partner of nearly 20 years (soon to be hubby), PFS and no tolerance for ED pill side effects (migraine, anyone? no? didn't think so.)

I found the ff. relevant info.:
Medical Editor: John P. Cunha, DO, FACOEP
Last reviewed on RxList 6/13/2018
Propecia (finasteride) is a 5a-reductase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in men only. Propecia is available in generic form. Side effects of Propecia include:
impotence,
loss of interest in sex,
trouble having an orgasm,
abnormal ejaculation,
swelling in your hands or feet,
swelling or tenderness in your breasts,
dizziness,
weakness,
feeling like you might pass out,
headache,
runny nose, or
skin rash.
The sexual side effects of Propecia may continue after you stop taking it. Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about these side effects. Propecia may also cause decrease in blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels, and can affect the PSA blood test.
I can share that I had the implant as ff: "Sept. 14, 2017 Install AMS700LGX penile implant. [Dr Dean Elterman, Urology TWH 416 603 5800 ext. 5033]" TWH is Toronto Western Hospital. I have a nice hard erection that I use promiscuously at the baths. No one has ever asked if it is phony. With a leather cock ring on, you can't feel the tubing in the scrotum. At age 77 I am a geriatric stud. See Dr Eid's site, very comprehensive with photos. See blog "rugbydave.blogspot.com," in which British guy follows his total progress thru the implant. Outstanding sharing. Any questions, do contact me.

New member here. Gay in Halifax, Nova Scotia and 34. Have had ED problems for years. I think it is mostly psychological and related back to being nervous and not being able to stay hard. I am in a LTR with a great top, who never has said anything about it. I think because of past experiences I have become a reluctant bottom, would love to be able to top a guy, never have, but think about it all the time. I have started taking Viagara which my doctor prescribed. It definately makes a big difference, but I did notice last time I had sex with my partner, i wasn't staying hard. I would love to experiment with topping, but I have to get rid of this anxiety. I've almost never gotten any pleasure out of sex. I feel like viagara gives me a shot of confidence, but I need to figure out the underlying problem. Anyone have any success with counseling or therapy? My ED problems go back as early as age 22.
37, gay, in LTR for 6 plus years. ED problems since age 23. Located in Halifax Nova Scotia. Reluctant bottom, looking to top.
