Gay Frank Talk members?

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

Great idea but if you had venous leakage so bad that the shots would not work I doubt that is going to be much help except in cases of mild ED

Kevin here in Los Angeles. I am excited that my surgery is scheduled for 9/6/23 with Dr. Mills at UCLA, and of course very apprehensive too. The upcoming pain and likely at least temporary loss of size are my big concerns. I know it's crazy, but we are going on the Atlantis cruise 6 weeks after my surgery. I hope to have a really fast recovery. Dr. Mills said he would even activate at my 2-week follow-up instead of the 4-week follow-up if I am doing really well.

I haven't figured out how to do the signature line yet (the FAQ says to use the control panel, but I don't see anything related to it there). Before SPL is 7-7/8" and pumped 8" x 7-1/2". I fear permanently losing girth, even if I can regain length. We all love the feeling of a fat cock;)

I have before photos (and videos). Just PM me if you want them.

Best regards,
Kevin

Exciting news about your surgery! It's totally normal to feel both excited and apprehensive about it. Recovery can be a bit challenging, but it sounds like you're in good hands with Dr. Mills. Getting back to your normal size and shape may take some time, but with proper care and follow-up, you'll likely see great results.

As for the cruise, it's understandable that you'd want to recover quickly to enjoy it fully. Just make sure to follow your doctor's instructions closely and take it easy during your recovery period. Activating at your 2-week follow-up sounds promising, but remember to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard.

Losing girth temporarily is a possibility, but many people regain it over time with proper care and use of the implant. And yes, we definitely all love the feeling of a full and satisfying cock!

Best of luck with your surgery and recovery. Keep us updated on how it goes!

Hello. New here from southeast Michigan. ED plus Peyronie's. Potential implant in my future. Frightening prospect TBH. But is it worse than having a bent erection, if I can even get a hardon to begin with?
