Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

When do you usually tell your new partners about the implant? I mean the ones that you are considering for long term relationship

I struggled with ED and at nude pool parties I was hopeless.

My partner 20 years younger then me wanted to have a 3 way which we did.

After we did it, the 3rd took my hand and had me feel around his balls. Lo and behold he had a pump. Never noticed anything. :D

I was upfront with everybody before we had sex. My mentality was to eliminate performance anxiety as much as possible so be upfront with the situation. Nobody responded in any negative way. All were actually happy and more turned on by me being open with them.
