Is there any gay memebr in 20s or 30s that got an implant?

How do you like it? Any regrets or negative judgments from new partners?

ED is so common, so maybe you will meet other guys that have seen or experienced some of it themselves.
It would certainly seem like a bad thing for a guy to make fun of another guy because of ED. What goes around comes around, so maybe he will experience it as well. I think guys should support and affirm each other.
SWM/never married. 40 years and not experienced. Injuries/trauma at young age due to lack of guidance and good sex ed. Low libido, loss of sensitivity/numbness. Possible PD and probable PSSD. No tests or doppler. Offered tadalafil, clomid and sildenafil
