Trying to decide which model I am going to go with. I go back and forth and was thinking LGX because I wanted the length preserved and was afraid I might be short changed a bit with the CX if it wasn't a perfect surgery. Titan is not an option for me since I have had some PMMA girth enhancements done in the past and the doc says the infection risks are too high with the Titan, so only AMS are options.
I'm very girthy flaccid, about 6.5" and with a pumped dick in a vac device I can be up to 7.5" girth. Pumped in my cylinder I am about 6.75" in length.
My girth has made being a top very difficult for all but the most experienced bottoms, so I wonder in my situation if there is adequate stiffness to the LGX model to penetrate and would the CX be the better choice? I just don't want to come out at the end with only 6" length or less with a CX and it won't expand any in length, but it's gotta be stiff enough to get the job done too.
I am a bit shy to ask the doctor about this particular situation since he may not have a lot of guys that he operates on very often that would be engaging exclusively in anal sex, so may not understand the issue as compared to hardness needed for vaginal sex penetration which would be much less.
I guess if the LGX is gonna work with my girth and not bend on me, I'd probably go with that one.

A Titan has antibodies on it and should not cause an infection, sounds like your doctor just likes Ams.

No, it's the AMS that has Inhibizone coating. The AMS is absolutely strong enough for your needs AND only the LGX will protect your length.

This came from Kramer. He's about as good as they get in terms of surgeons out there. He said he's gotten burned a few times on Titan patients that had what I have that got infections due to the fact that PMMA material is not 100% sterile/infection proof. I'm sure I could find someone out there that would do it, but if it's a safety issue, I'm not going to argue with the doc. I'll go with AMS.

On a side note... How do you like the PMMA? I'm thinking about getting that or HA, but after I get an implant.

I have my AMS for 3 1/2 years and I have no issues with anal sex. I love it.

I hear you on having difficulty with inexperienced bottoms taking a girthy cock. If I could get it in at all, they would squeeze the life out of it. I now have an LGX and still find it painful to penetrate a very tight bottom, but I can definitely get it rigid enough to accomplish this. It may require you to pump it up as far as you are able. I have a definite loss of sensitivity when fully maxed out. Tight holes used to squeeze the blood out of my natural erection, and the same thing seems to happen somewhat with my implant, only with saline of course.
I'm at six months and the pain has subsided a lot, but im guessing its going to take six more months before I'm pain free on penetration. Once it's in, it's fine, by the way.
Penetrating experienced bottoms is no problem.
The LGX was a length and girth disappointment at first, but daily cycling did make a difference for me. My surgeon told me to push the limit every day.

Thanks for your comment. You seem to know EXACTLY what I am asking about. I've not been able to really top anybody since I got my girth enhancement, for the squeezing aspect, and with only a partial erection capability, even trying to get the tip in I would start to go soft and it just won't go in. Psychologically that plays with your mind too when you lose it and have to just finish off oral or jerking off.

The PMMA has its plusses and minuses. The plus is that it can look great with a big bulge in the pants that can draw lots of stares from people, and in a bathing suit getting out of the pool, really noticeable that you're packing down there. Has a nice plump heaviness to it as well. When you're erect, it really looks good too.
Minuses, when soft if you are a bit of a grower and tend to turtle easily, the PMMA doesn't really turtle with the dick, so if you're cold, you can have a bit of a pig in a blanket look to it where the glans has pulled back a bit inside the sleeve of product. Probably more noticeable if you've had a few sessions. It's a reason I probably wouldn't walk around naked at a nude beach or campground. One nice added benefit about getting implanted is that should pretty much go away I would think. I probably also went a bit too far with the number of rounds I had, as my girth is pretty freaking huge now, up to 7.5" mid shaft to base. When I pump it up in a VAC device, it's so big I can't get my hand all the way around it. If you're one that loves massive girth like that though it's probably a turn on. To be proportional with that girth I wish I had like a 9 or 10" porn star length penis, but hey, that's never gonna happen. It can also be hard for some guys to get their mouths down on it due to the girth.
One other minus I mentioned in another post in this thread is that if you're having sex with an inexperienced bottom, he's probably not going to be able to handle that girth and it will not be enjoyable for either party. I guess it depends on how many sessions you had though.
Had it to do over, I'm not sure I would go that route. It's probably made me a bit more self conscious in non-sexual situations as I mentioned, like if I'm over at a party and guys are naked in the hot tub, I tend to decline the offer to join, especially if it's doing it's turtling thing and just doesn't look right when soft. Of course I was loosely cut which is why it probably does that more on me than it would on guys with less redundant skin from their circumcisions. If you're uncircumcised I would definitely NOT do this procedure. the foreskin wont work properly again after that as the PMMA sticks to the underside of the skin and doesn't allow it to slide properly.

Great post on girth....Wow that sounds like some very impressive girth! I’m on my journey for a implant and have length, closer to 9 inches, and wanting more girth. I do fear loss of length lost in the process. I’ve been told to start vacuum process daily to prep for surgery which helps prevent loss of length.
