I am going to try mirtazapine for intrusive thoughts, it may actually improve erectile function but I'm worried about weight gain.
I have taken 45 mg mirtazapine for several years. It is my basic/only antidepressant. Not sure whether it contributes to my E.D. or not; as I related in an earlier post, other SSRI meds
were part of the problem. I'm not brave enough to discontinue the mirtazapine; do not want to go back to the depression state I once had. I manage to counteract the problem with the vacuum pump, so there is the tradeoff.
