Revision due to not being hard enough for anal sex??

Over on a FB chat thread, two separate guys have said they had the AMS700 implanted and they couldn't get hard enough to have anal sex (they were topping). Both said they had revision surgery to implant the Titan. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue as well.

I am getting ready to get an implant (Dr. Clavell in Houston) and was leaning towards the AMS but am now rethinking that decision. I want to make sure I make the right decision up front. Dr. Clavell says either implant should be fine for anal sex, but does admit the Titan gets harder.

Anyone have any issues with the AMS and anal sex? Thanks in advance.

I think you’re looking at some bs on Fb, Ams 700s will be fine for top positions. Thats not to say anything bad about titans.

Yep think someone is full of BS have had both LGX and now CX BOTH HAVE BEEN MORE THEN HARD ENOUGH FOR ANAL SEX in some cases a little to hard

I have a AMS CX now and am scheduled for a replacement with a Coloplast with Dr. Clavell in November. While the CX has performed well for anal, it has stretched my dick to its anatomical maximum. I saw my anatomical maximum when I had a duplex ultrasound done by Dr. Goldstein when he was at Boston University. My erections start out hard but after thrusting for 10-15 minutes start to buckle. Dr. Clavell believes the CX is not fully supporting my dick now that it has stretched. Robert Cornell did my original implant.
