Hello,

started suffering recently from PE. didn't before but now cannot last more than 30-45 seconds after penetration or oral.

looked at this site and it seems that going to Urologists is not recommended. However, what about ones such as
http://www.obsidianmenshealth.com/prema ... ons-corner
that specialize in this?

Or should I look for some other specialists?

Any recommendations in DC/VA/MD area?

Thanks

"Going to urologists is not recommended"? That pretty much says it all.

Well, the question is -
Is there a difference between Regular Urologists and Obsidian like Urologists that specialize in ED etc?

If Obsidian not recommended then is there a recommended specialist to see for PE in VA/DC/MD area?

Thanks

There are urologists who specialize in men's sexual health, but not all urologists have that expertise. One well regarded specialist in Annapolis is Edward Zagula, who I can recommend personally. If you should reach a point where an implant is under consideration, getting the best, most experienced surgeon is crucial. In that case, Dr. Andrew Kramer at the U of MD Medical Center in Baltimore is one of the best two or three in the world.

Most men here would advise staying away from the "Men's clinics," such as Boston Medical Group and others who "guarantee results" on the first visit. Their main skill is in separating patients from large sums of money.

Thanks for the above info.

So see Dr. Zagula first and then go from there?

Since Obsidian was closer to me I was hoping someone would have experienced their treatment. They are not covered by insurance.

Since I do not have issues with having erections, can mostly get a second one within 30 min of first, the issue is PE within a minute of penetration.

Want to make sure nothing is wrong physically before I move on to psychological treatments.

Thanks,

Looked at Dr. Zagula's website.

It seems that he specializes mostly in ED (people having trouble getting erections).

Do not see yet any place where it mentions he treats PE. Will keep looking
