I take Paroxetine and It is available in the US - prescription only. My doctor prescribed for it. Been taking it for past few days - 20mg( I believe thats the lowest dose).. life changer.. couple it with desensitizing creams like promescent it will take you to next level.. I take it every day in the morning and it works almost through the day.. If required pop another one 1-2 hours before sex..

But man it does have some side effects- for me it makes me bit dull, yawn all the time and bit jittery.. I did some workout and felt better...

I took Paroxetine 10 mg daily for three years.
Yes it helped with PE. And I got the yawning.
I also gained 20-30 pounds, and made for weaker erections.

If I practiced slow sex, (limiting my thrusting) I could last till my wife came with magic wand.
On one hand I thought it worked well.

The problem is because I limited my thrusting, my wife complained that I wasnt into the sex. And I could only do one position because of weaker erections. So after 3 years, we were living a sexless marriage. Which is defined has have sex less than once a month.

I started doing injections in May which work well. And now I can continue sex after coming. Although I still have symptoms of PE (coming in 2-3 minutes).
Now I simply continue the sex, I just dont have ejaculations at the end.
One thing I havent tried is taking double or triple dose of Paroxetine, on demand (couple hours before sex) to see how that works (for me)

Lower paroxetine dosing could help with erections. Also switching to Sertraline or other can help with erections.

Paroxetine is the most potente and sedative SSRI, the best for anxiety but the worst for sex.

Terrific combo for me - Implant+ SSRIs just need to live with some side effects..

I recall the side effect of yawning all the time with some antidepressant that I took. Can't remember what it was called. Do they all do that?

Possible side effects are Listed for most all drugs. Most of these drugs have lots of possible side effect. Some are quite apparent others are subtitle. And some you may not experience.

I was just curious about the yawning, because I remember it feeling odd to be doing it all the time like a reflex even when I wasn't sleepy. I would do it repeatedly and it was somewhat annoying. If I need meds for my mental health, I don't know if I'd want that again.

Yes daily 20 mg Paroxetine.. Side effects seems to be getting better.. So far its been very effective for PE( from 1 minute to 5 minutes+)
