I agree with the guys above. Avoid jelqing if you don't want to injure your penis and develop Peyronie's Disease.

Take me as a cautionary tale. Only two weeks of jelqing were enough to injure my penis, possibly irreversibly for all I know. Note that I wasn't reckless with the exercises at all too. In fact, I did all the possible precautions and still ended up injuring my guy... I've been trying to undo my Peyronie's for the past year.

I totally agree jelging can really damage your penis, I know several young men who have tried it and did real damage. I was almost 7 inches in my younger days than prostate cancer hit me at 50 years old. I had radiation treatment that resulted in ED. I used pills and injections and finally ended up with an implant.

Waiting5 years with no real good erection I lost size. Today I am 4.25 inches. I like my size very much, and I have had no complaints.

A healthy dick is the best dick regardless of the size. There are a lot of hot men with small dicks, search on the internet.

IMO, everything over 12-13cm in length is fine, obviously not a porn star or casanova, but what can you do?
I only have 13-15cm and pretty thin, i know it's not "the best" for my wife but her ex had 21cm and she has always claimed she enjoys the sex with me way more than with him. I completely trust her and know she's not just saying it to please me. Size DOES matter, but it's REALLY not the most important part of you, in terms of sex.

If a woman disses you for the size of your penis, she ain't worth your time. So don't "stay virgin" out of shame of your size.

I know we have to be happy with what we have. ED is so insidious and makes me doubt everything. This seems to multiply the issue and in my mind, my penis is even smaller because it's worthless. The average is: does not even begin to be a comfort. I am sure the average most women see is bigger than the average that's average. Men with small penis and ED are not who the women are seeing. The men a little larger with healthy erections or meds or injections or implants are who the women see and base their reality on.
I'm average average and meds do help me but I have to fight the fears. We should not have to fight our fears to have a healthy sex life.

Needing a large penis is a male thing. Porn is mostly for men. Most women do not like larger penises. I listen to the Holly Randall unfiltered podcast. She interviews people from the porn industry. Almost all of the women porn stars prefer dicks in the 5 to 6 inch size range. Also most hate anal. From 20 years of ED I lost a lot of size. Length might be impressive but girth is where it's at. A 6.5" girth penetrating 4" is far superior to a 4"" gith penetrating 6.5"

Also, look up different positions that give you woman more feeling of "fullness".

The advice about oral is good. A woman's brain gets flooded with endorphins and hormones when she orgasms (by any means). A few orgasms in quick succession puts her in a euphoric fog and just having you entering between "the joining of her thights" at the crucial moment when she cannot stand any more orgasms from oral (or fingers or toys).
