P E Problems

Before my implant my PE was severe about one small bump and that was it. Game over. Then my IPP delayed ejaculation and brought me up to about 4 or 5 nice squeezes. Last Dec I had my prostate removed by hybrid TURP surgery. Since then I'm back down to just a small bump, no squeezes.
I'd like to hear from guys who are actually on some kind of medication that actually works and about how many actual orgasmic spasms the meds give you.
