SSRI Recomendation
SSRI Recomendation
I'm seeing my GP next week and want a suggestion for medication. Ideally it would be on demand and not make me dizzy or sleepy. So far I've seen Priligy, zoloft, tramadol, Escitalopram, Paxil, Sertraline and Fluoxetine as choices. Input?
53 years old, married 32 years. Decades of ED & PE. BPH. Tried Viagra W & W/O T-Shots, Levitra and Cialis, Edex, Trimix starter, medium, strong with poor results. VED is a last resort.

Re: SSRI Recomendation
I let the GP call the shots and got Sertraline. Apparently the generic version of Zoloft. He said the starter dose might take up to 2 weeks to notice results. If not double the dose and if still not try something with a bit more authority .

Tramadol works excellent for my PE, got the script for Back pain but love the side effects of prolonging sex.
It greatly delayed and "cured" my PE. Couldn't be happier!
Venous leak sufferer. Using Super Trimix/Quadmix, Injecting for over 3 years. Implant not available unless I pay Outta pocket. Injections work so,so.
Re: SSRI Recomendation
I wouldn't touch SSRIs with a ten foot pole. ED is their #1 side effect.
Oral phentolamine mesylate is an excellent solution for ED and PE. Because it blocks sympathetic action (the sympathetic nervous system mediates ejaculation and detumescence), phentolamine will delay orgasm and improve erections.
It's not easy to find phentolamine in Europe and in the US but it is a popular drug in several countries, e.g. China.
Consult your doctor before you decide to try phentolamine or any other treatment.
