Injections for pe

One out of Three men in America suffer with PE. It's the largest sexual dysfunction there is. Since there is no discussion board dedicated to PE so far, we will try to fill the need here!

Injections for pe

Do injections really work for pe

I am from the UK. I see people use trimix for premature ejaculation, would alprostadil work?
Would you keep your erection after ejaculation?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is, at best, based on my own experiences and, at worst, based on my hallucinations or delusions. Internet forum advice is often worth exactly what you paid for it. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

I've never suffered from that issue so I'm probably not the best answer you'll get.

The response men have to alprostadil varies. However, if you have an ideal response to the drug, and depending on dose, yes you will maintain your erection after orgasm.

That won't have anything to do with your desire to continue but my experience is that after orgasm, if I remain erect for a good while, my desire returns. You may very well be able to continue performing while your desire rebuilds.

I do alprostadil injections regularly and appreciate them greatly. I think they are great. However, they are not without risk. I question the advisability of using them if you are able to achieve a good erection unaided. I'd be looking to other solutions and consider injections a last resort alternative.

I don't know for sure but I had 2 fantastic urologists and neither of them suggested that for me. I had very severe PE which was cured when I was implanted. When I was injecting, it did NOTHING for my PE. Hope this helps. :)

I can tell you how to overcome PE with injections, but it is not entirely legal. Actually I don't know for sure . I am pretty sure it is not at all legal for this use but here goes
If you inject Nandrolone Decanoate, you will cure your PE to a large extent. You will have to add testosterone or you will also have ED. This is not scientifically verified info. Just an anecdotal observation. You can say good-bye to joint pain as well. I am pretty sure the stuffed shirt medical community would be aghast at such a use, but they are not very open to doing things that are out of the usual accepted practices, leaving us industrious self experimenters on our own. I think that a lot of drugs should be up to an individual to use or not. I'm not saying it is a good idea and you should try it. Just relating my personal experience.

There are definitely doctors who prescribe ICI for men with PE. It does not stop the PE, but you will stay hard after climax and so it will not end intercourse. As a sex therapist, I would also encourage you to find ways to work around the PE by focusing less on intercourse and more on sex in general.
Also, many doctors use SSRIs for PE - Sertraline, for example can help delay ejaculation. Many men who have PE also have an anxiety disorder in general so the Sertraline helps both issues.
Talk to a sexual medicine specialist. Your average urologist will not be able to help you at all.
