Live. In Europe. He is an extremly skilled surgeon. Reason why I haven't done yet the implant by him is because pills still works and I'm only 30 years old.

Also saw a pelvic floor therapist and it isn't my pelvic floor.
I'm just hoping my doctor didn't remove my deep dorsal as well as my superficial dorsal vein with the last surgery. He claims he didn't but I have little trust for most doctors and the op report mentioned cutting out a second vein so I'm hoping this isn't the case as it would basically make sclerotherapy not an option.

Anybody in the USA doing sclero? Honestly though I've compromised before for someone closer I'd rather go to the source and get it done right if it came down to it than living with regrets, which has happened to me with an orthopedic condition.

Did you bend your penis while doing jelquing? while erect or semi erect?tell me more about your injury!

PFracture If you know anything about jelqing your know that you cant jelq with an erection, jeilqing and stretching is done with just a semi, as some of the stretching moves you could not do if erect.

Check it out on http://www.pegym.com look down penis exercises, your find that just under the header banner. OK

NOWHARD

that is suspiciously defensive about jelqing.... the risks about jelq are just too high. i heard too many horrorstories and suicides because of that.... there are many urologists warning about it

I second getting the title or at least original post being changed to more of a swaying away from this treatment.

I've seen two andrologists in the UK who have both stated that they've A.) Never heard of Dr Herwig or this treatment, and both dismissed it outright as not feasible. B.) Both stated that they go to seminars across Europe to keep up on the topics and still think it's not a good idea. Naming names, so that you can see them yourself if you want, I saw Professor Krishna Sethia and Dr Doug Savage. Neither of them can help with venous leak past pde5s or injections or muse style treatments. If they don't work then you'd need to see a surgeon.

Luckily pde5's work forever, as long as your physical condition doesn't get worse, so keep fit guys!

So with all the caution from everyone, I would also agree to think of this seriously. I seem to be the only one that has benefitted from it.

I am now 1.5 yrs from the op & currently am functioning very well. Still taking 0.5mg cialis a day and no complaints.

I did start losing sensation a few months back and having trouble getting aroused etc. I asked my dr to test prolactin & sure enough it was high. So added some cabergoline to my meds & now its great.

One big point is hormones play a big role in this, as well as the op I balanced my T,E and prolactin. Maybe the other guys missed this step ?

One question for all complaining. Did you get pre op ultrasound ? Did it show you had a leak ? did you get a post op ultra ? And did it show ?

I had 2 pre op both showing I had venous leak & had one a yr later showing it was fixed

razor, you said few month ago you would stick around to answer questions. i asked you few with one post and i saw you back then that you were online but you haven replied. if you would have replied, i wouldnt have done the surgery.

about the diagnosis of venous leak. ultrasound doesnt catch all the leaks.... not even close. and the 3D-CT doesnt either. i am the living proof.
i am in contact with another famous urologist (i dont want to tell his name her, but if you want you can write me a pn and i can give you the info) and he said it is to him no suprise that some leaks (and the they are very important as well) dont show on so many scans.

i know by now many that have ED (some of them due jelquing) and all of them did show on 3D CT a venous leak in the santorini plexus. they did sclerotherapy and it helped nothing. so one of them did an experimental test by a radiology professor and it showed then he had a leak that did not go to the Santorini plexus that was MORE leaky than the 3D ct scan.

i would wait if you consider an implant. these tests are not definitiv. my leak wasnt shown on 3D CT neither.

but again... thank you razor for being so supportive... really. i mean you know the suffering regarding this and you are like "you are soooo mean to me so i wont give information"....

This is very childish and offensive. Do you really expect anyone to want to help or answer anything when you carry on like this ?

YOU are responsible for YOUR OWN health and any decisions relating to it. Do Not blame me or anyone else for decisions you made because we did / did not answer a question.

Seems to me you decided to have an operation, when the main test for the condition was negative. And then blame the operation for not working. Do you really expect success when you don't have the confirmed condition.
