That sounds like PVL… if you haven’t already get it checked to confirm it.

The thing that bothers me the most is that nobody can really tell why men with venous leak cant keep an erection.
The underlying dysfunctions are not understood. Its a disease that has such an impact on mens lifes i cant understand how this topic isnt more communicated, so that doctors and medicians start to really focus on that underlying issus....

Men with this disease should start to make that topic bigger, go to the press, so that doctors/academics are starting to care.

That sounds like PVL… if you haven’t already get it checked to confirm it.
