Can you answer this post implanted under 40 years of age?

Postby jl33ur » Sat Jul 01, 2023 2:29 pm

Hello, greetings, could people under 40 implanted years of age respond to this post and what situation did they have before making the decision?

My current situation is venous leakage, 31 years old, I don't respond to almost anything... just a little with 100mg viagra but the erection is lost over time and caverject 20mg is maintained but it is not rigid enough... I am considering prostheses Rigicon brand next year. A lot of fear and uncertainty, I think the most difficult decision of my life.

I got mine at 31, am 33 now. Erection only lasted a few minutes with Viagra, even with alprostadil or trimix injections the erection was still weak. Implant was the only option left but it is a good option.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I was implanted much later in life than 40 but I think my input is on point.

Suffering from ED (venous leakage) for decades before recognizing what it was, I would have had the implant in my mid to late 30s if I knew then what I know now. My clinical condition was that I had to maintain constant stimulation to maintain an erection. Eventually the stimulation required to maintain an erection (the floor) approached the stimulation that would result in orgasm (the ceiling), ejaculation and refractory collapse of the erection. So, every time I had sex it was a race to keep the erection up before the "window of opportunity" between the floor and the ceiling closed.
Needless to say, my frustration and the frustration of my partners did not help during the foreplay required to even start the erectile process.

I took the oral medications, which worked well enough for many years until they lost effectiveness. I eschewed injections and urethral suppositories and used a VED (Vacuum Erection Device) for sex only twice (unsatisfactorily) and for a year therapeutically (to maintain penile health, elasticity and size) while arranging for a surgeon acceptable to me.

If your ED is truly due to venous leakage rather than some other cause (arterial insufficiency, anxiety, smoking, diabetes, blood pressure, etc) I would counsel implantation. Just be sure. I took that step ony after determining that my sex life would/could not get any worse than it was, even if I never had another erection again for the rest of my life.

If you are at that point, that even if your penis fell off, things would not be any worse but that if the operation were a success, you would feel restored, go for it.

Here is an answer I posted in another thread some time ago that I think is also on point, especially with regard to how your partner(s) might feel about their lover being implanted. Some women might (it is speculated here on Franktalk) feel the naturalness of a spontaneous erection is more important than the quality of that erection.

Forty years ago, my erections were adequate for sex, but rarely lasted long enough for my full satisfaction and almost never long enough for my partners' satisfaction. I got orgasms reliably and penetrative coitus but my girlfriends almost never did. But I was able to satisfy most of them by other means. But, still, I did not ever get married. Was that by my choice or theirs? And if theirs, because of the sex? At what point from my 30s to my 70s would I (should I) have opted for an implant? For me, the answer is sooner rather than later. For you, I do not know. How important is it to your partner that your erections spontaneously self-erect under your lover's ministrations. Would sexual activities other than penis action be satisfactory? Just a few of the physical factors. Then there are the emotional/relationship factors. Many people do not place all that much importance on sex compared to other factors in their relationships.

Like I said, it is a HIGHLY personal question and I cannot answer for anyone other than me. Hard even for me to answer for myself except in retrospect. As it was, when the opportunity for an implant (I had been using oral medications for a couple decades-to less and less effectiveness over the years) presented itself, the answer was easy. Unequivocally "Yes".

Thanks for the answers... lostsheep, regarding your comment, I'm glad to know that I had done it to you at my age, however, answering your question if my sexual life was the same as not having a penis, the answer is no, now at least I can resort to masturbation and have some sexting with friends (who don't know my problem), besides that with pills I achieve a complete erection, it just doesn't last, which makes it useless for a satisfactory sexual relationship, as with injections, in addition to deal with the strong process of sticking your penis.

So the answer is no, if I didn't have an erection, my sexual life would worsen despite being nil, because I can still have erections with pills and injections, weak yes but at least they are there to be able to masturbate. With a couple, the problem is in the pressure that you have to ensure that your penis does not fail, and that you have a battle with maintaining an erection and not ejaculating prematurely, as I also suffer from them due to the same impotence.
In relation to the reason for my ED it is a venous leak, verified by CT and Ecodoppler and I do not have any disease, apparently everything is correct except the erectile issue.

Based on that, if you were in my situation of at least being able to masturbate with pills or injections and unsatisfactory sexual intercourse due to premature ejaculation or loss of rigidity halfway through... would you also choose a prosthesis? It should be noted that the pills give me quite a hangover every time I use them and they last at least 2 days.
Regards my friend.

Based on that, i definitely did, and without a moment’s doubt or hesitation as soon as I found impkantation was an option for me.

Hi, are you single? How is everything with your implant? Can you have sex without telling your partner? How? I am 26 right now.
Late twenties. ED since very early twenties. Unable to have sex.
Implanted 20-03-2024 AMS LGX 21+3 cm. Dr Juan Ignacio Martínez Salamanca (Spain).

You can find my post under my profile I got my Coloplast Implant at age 34. Probably should've gotten it around 21 but pills still worked sometimes.

I had bad peronies and scarring that kept me from maintaining an erection without considerable stimulation (think almost a rugburn lol)
My implant actually just failed 4 months ago and I got a revision/full-replacement last week.

The younger you are, the quicker and easier recovery should be (everyone is different though of course)
My worst pain was the stupid catheter they are not gentle with removing lol.
The rest of recovery is dull pains at least that's been the case for both of my experiences.

didn't lose much length with the implant, have made most girls orgasm with it since I got it (some girls just can't cum from intercourse)
My girlfriend of the last couple years has multiple orgasms when we have intercourse.

The girls I dated prior to my current gf, around 8 or 9 women, never noticed the implant. It would just look like I was playing with my balls when I pumped it, sometimes I would pump it while they were giving me a blowjob and still they didn't really know.... My implant even made a small whoosh/wheeze sound when pumping and not a single woman cared. I would usually tell them after the first time and they'd just say "oh okay" they don't care in the slightest lol at least in my experience.

But yea, if you have any questions feel free to reply in thread or DM me.
Lots of good info in the implants forum and check my post history for info too.
