To the guy with hypererection or high angle. Does that high angle hurt or do you notice anything different when you lay on your back? I always thought I had pretty high angle especially when I was in my teens or early twenties. But for me it always felt a bit uncomfortable to be erect and laying on my back.

Yes, the implant moved my angle down it now is 3 or 2 oclock hard. You can definitley find a surgeon to do an implant on you at 21 there are two types of docs that do implant the conservative uro's (usually less experienced) and the proggressive ones (that will do surgery per patients desire) and are usually more experienced and confident in providing a good outcome. look for the latter ideally EID or Hakky is who I would recommend.

I’m the context of things I want to be able to be able to have sex with my girl ASAP . And my insurance allows me to go to Edward Karpman . My gland doesn’t stay hard with erections either , so idk if that’s a common Peyronie's or injury thing .

Or when I get a new job , I could try to get on a plan that allows me to go to any doc in the USA and it will only be a 3K deductible even if the surgery is a million bucks . But I would already have to start signing up before jan 1 of 2024.

For now I’m limited to docs in California .

I’ve already tried VED but I have a steep angle so we all know how that works out, 15mg cialis does still barley anything , never tried injections but with my pain it doesn’t make sense to try them . I’ve already lost a decent amount of size and length . I’m convinced after my ultrasound they’re gonna realize it’s bad , so maybe I’ll lie tell them I’ve already tried injections as well.

And the insurance could cover my implant if the the Doppler shows signs of plaques or fibrosis . Then I could have Karpman do the Implant for me at that clinic . Then back to my life bro no more suffering . I don’t want to lose any more length or girth . I had a big dick before this .

No complaints man. I went to Hakky and he did a great job my penis used to be 6.75inches long and now it's 7.25inches. I was a bit alarmed after surgery because my girth went down so I did the HA filler to bring it back to where it was but the funny thing is as the months went on it went back to it's original girth. No complaint's from the ladies made em squirt and cum with the implant and so far having a good time.

I would recommend you try the injections first even if only a few time while waiting on a surgery you scheduled just to cross it off the list (I loved em for a year) and a lot of even the progressive surgeons will want you to try them first if you still have pain then you can go implant.

I don't know much about Karpman but have heard his name before. I would talk to his patients that are your age and also advise the following considerations: At a minimum, a surgeon should do 100 implants a year. They should have a couple of patient testimonials without a persuasive complaint.

Other positive considerations would be:
1. that will promise you a minimum length prior to surgery and documents your length prior to surgery.
2. that does not need or want a company rep in the operating room with him.
3. implants both AMS and Coloplast
4. takes several implants in the OR with him
5. Tries to avoid the use of RTE's
6. Can tell you HIS infection rates (not industry average)
7. Is accessible to you for questions as you are healing
