I could still get erections. I had severe peyronies which made the erections useless. Wasn’t interested in Xiaflex or grafting so I went for the implant.
I have mixed feelings about the implant, depends on my mood to be honest. On the one hand it saved my sex life, and probably my life, but it’s also a very weird thing to try and get used to
