So, my ED started at about 23 after one week on SSRIs and hasn't been the same since.
Over the last 5 years its progressed into what is now the worst it's been.
I can sometimes get erections with my girlfriend that are great enough for sex, but I can't get erect on my own anymore and I don't get morning wood either. I maybe get one every 2 months at best.
I've had all bloods done, I'm fit, lean, eat healthily, work out but none of this seems to help.
I've quit porn, and at first when I did this, it worked brilliantly. I stayed abstinent for 90 days and was getting rock hard erections. This is now no longer the case. I can get 80% erect at best.
In the 5 years, I've have used 5mg of cialis when needed, but that I slowly beginning to not work.
I don't morning wood with 5mg cialis either.
Does anyone know why I can get erect with my girl somewhat but not on my own?
Is there any reason for this?

Its extremely frustrating. We rarely have sex and I can't get anything on my own.
Doctors are no help whatsoever. Back in my teens and early 20s I could get such strong erections to porn and just my thoughts alone but now I rarely have anything that's like wow, you know.
Its an issue that's definitely made me more suicidal as I know not alot of guys my age are going through this. Most cna stare at a girl and boom, ready to go. Me however, I struggle and have taken ED pills for years. It just sucks.

I’m living a similar situation.
2+ years since I last had sex, no girlfriend, and I developed anxiety issues due to this condition.
Having to deal with ED at such a young age and feeling lonely is awful.
Thanks God there are good solutions (from pills, to implants). But the mind of ppl suffering from ed is soooo fucked up …

Cialis is helping … but I still need to find a patient girl to have sex with and go with the flow to see if it works…

It works. I can masturbate 99% of the times but I feel very anxious… especially when I am arousing and going hard. Very bad feelings

Hey buddy. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. I’d recommend that you have your medication reviewed. Some SSRI’s are prone to causing ED, low libido and anorgâsmia. Other SSRI’s are known to be less problematic in the bedroom, such as Lexipro. Also 5 mg of Cialis is not much, have you tried a 20mg tablet. Please bring these issues to your Doctor and best wishes to you
