This is the first time I am writing here on this forum.

I am a 21 year old male, fit and healthy (except I have varicocele which is operated 2 years ago).
So I have most of the venous leak symptoms for several years now.

I am also hardcore porn addict - 10 years of lesbian porn and BDSM fucked up my mind so now I am on NoFap trying to recover.
When I watch porn I get a 100% erection without touching with my hands when sitting on my chair.

I can have sex without pills in missionary pose and while sitting and everything is okay.
After reading about VL I started panic and seem to lose erection when I stand up on my legs, although I had 2-3 times where I got full erection while standing on my legs for about 3-4 minutes.
My morning wood was gone, but after I stopped porn and masturbation it slowly started to come back.

I know I should ask the doctor about this, but I dont have time now because I study at the university.
Can guys with confirmed venous leak have sex without pills or what I am experiencing is arousal issues after years of hard porn ?

Yesterday, I was in the shower and got a 100% erection in standing position with full glans without masturbation, but I still have anxiety abouth the venous leak. How can I overcome that fear?

If I can make sex while laying on my stomach without pills, doesnt that mean I am physically ok ?

Hey man, just wanted to chime in here. You presented a lot of different very detailed info and scenarios which is probably why no one replied.

The bottom line is that if you can't have a strong enough erection that lasts long enough to have satisfactory sex, try pills like Viagra or Cialis. If those also don't work for satisfactory sex, you can try injections if those fit your lifestyle. If those also don't work for you, go for the implant.

Sounds psychological, but you can get tested to be sure. A urologist can inject you and scan for a venous leak - that's the only way to find out for sure.
If I were you, I'd just use pills the next time you're with a partner until the anxiety fades then go without assistance.

No hombre, hay veces que hay posiciones incómodas para los hombres. Tal vez te cansa tener erecciones parado y es normal.
