Hii i am 26 and live in toronto. I am dealing with ED from last 5 months and these months were the worst in my life. Let me tell you when i think it started, In 2015 i had my first encounter with prostitute and i got boner when i just touch her but when i penetrate i lost my boner and she tried for long time but then we stop and then i masturbate and cum. I maturbate likely every day from last 10 years and also watch porn very often.
Then in this year january i tried to had sex with lady who is older than me and i got boner in oral but i lost when try to penetrate but after some time i got boner and had first successfull sex without condom. Then for the 8 months i fuck 2-3 times every week bcs we live really close. Then in september we were having sex and i lost my boner between and then i tried but failed and then i masturbate and cum. But the next day i feel like my dick is not with me it shrink and i was so depressed and then i met my girlfriend (whom i love too much but maybe do not have future bcs of her parents) so i got boner when we try kiss or other things we never had sex bcs she do not want before marriage. Then i try with the lady and i got boner and i fuck her for 3-4 times and in october the same shit(lose boner) happened again and i went into depression and then i met my girlfriend and with her i got boner in oral but with this lady i did not get boner mostly when tried.
I am a guy love kids and want my kids in future and this ed thing is jsut shattered my all dreams may be and i am going into depression. I feel alone and so much negative when i woke up and then i read some stories on frank talk and stable my mind.
Today i tried viagra 50 but it did not do much i masturbate and cum. I am thinking to go for implant with eid or kramer. What u guys think about this decision?

One more thing if i try to have sex with condom i failed every single time and i have short frenelum breve as well.
Sorry my english is not that good.

Well, before you haul off and make a decision you need to see a doctor....or several.....and find out for sure what is going on.

Welcome to the forum, Batman12@. So sorry for your troubles.

The advice from Txagq8 is spot-on. An implant is the last thing you want. Said another way, you should try all other solutions (any that are likely to work) before an implant.

The fact you can get erections means your blood flow is good. The fact you lose them might be because your blood flow (going out of your penis) is too good. (That is called venous leakage.) But there are several other things that can cause the same things you describe. A urologist specializing is sexual function is the professional best to figure out what is going wrong and how to fix it.

Blood flow, muscle tone, psychological, neurological...the list goes on.

An implant is non-reversible and will render you unable to get an erection without it.

Consider this: Implant does not cure E.D. It guarantees 100% impotence until you inflate.

If you had a hand that did not grip well, would you cut it off for replacement with a prosthetic hand? Keep in mind that the prosthetic may fail and leave you worse off than your natural hand was until you have another surgery.

If you could struggle through a 9 minute mile on your own feet, would you opt for prosthetic feet that enabled a 4 minute mile, but if (when) they failed, would leave you in a wheelchair until you have another surgery?

Implant is not a cure. It is a treatment. A very good one, but not a cure. A natural erection if far superior in many ways, so if a treatment that is less invasive, destructive and flawed than an implant will work for you, take it. Most treatments do not leave you permanently changed as an implant does. But if NOTHING is available, then do consider an implant

This sounds like a possible case of porn induced ED. Years of watching women do crazy shit on tv like eat jizz out of each others butts got you excited and now you are desensitized to "normal" sex.

I do not know if you are very sincere, or if your implant is not to your liking

when you masturbate does that happen? Or just in sex? Do you get a good and stiff erection or nothing at all?

Thank you lost sheep, Txagq8 for the advice. I visited the doctor he did not even took any test just say that “its all in the head” and at your age this problem cannot occur physically. I live in canada here i made appointment with other urologist but he gave me phone appointment for May 21st that will be 5 months from now and here in ontario we cannot see doctor without appointment. If anyone knows a good uro in GTA toronto please give me the contact. One more question to you both that you were in this situation before how you handle the anxiety and negative thoughts. Oen more thing i tried viagra it did not work as well.

Nadie123 i did not get a hard erection in both times neither in mmasturbation nor in sex. Soemtime it shrink and did not even wake up no matter what i am watching and doing. I cant even masturbate. Sometime for a 2-3 times it is so good in sex and mastubation as well. I really don’t know what is going on like today a d yesterday no erection at all and it shrink like 3”. On normal days flaccid is 4.5”. One more thing that i have night erections but morning wood is occationally.

My implant is VERY much to my liking. Deciding to get it was not a struggle for me at all. (Finding the right surgeon was, but the decision was easy - it was essentially made FOR me by my dysfunctioning penis.)

The positioning of the pump could be better, but the functioning of the implant has enabled my penis to function VERY well indeed, as well as in the blissful days of my youth! Even better - I found it a lot of trouble to get girls into bed back then. Sexually capable, but socially awkward, I was.

Sincere, enthusiastic and deliriously happy with my implant. But realistic about its drawbacks. You have to pump it up manually, there is risk of medical misadventure and the chance of it failing to function (whereupon I would seek a revision/replacement as soon as possible). Also, if tomorrow a true CURE for E.D. were to happen, unimplanted men would have a chance at it. For implanted men, it would be too late. So, going bionic is, in my opinion, the last resort. But if it is appropriate, there is no good reason to delay.

Have you tried daily cialis? .. Any posture is more convenient ... Does it happen more standing than sitting? .... in my case lying down with my legs straight works better

I dislike the idea that the implant has to be changed several times being so young
