Is there a problem in marrige with venous leak?

Hello guys,
I have a venous leak for 6 months only i got it when trying hide my erection. Iam 30 years old and my marrige is so soon.
1.can i marry with venous leak.?
2.is anyone tried it and pentrate his wife with venous leak without problem.?
3.is venous leak degree increases with time.?
Note i have a hard erection when i masturbate. But go down after 1 min...
