Younger guys, are you worried about possibly 3-4 replacement implants in your lifetime?

I've been in this limbo for several years now. I don't have a huge desire for sex these days though, just because I hate the feeling of trying to get an erection and my dick not working, or just barely working. At age 37, I started taking cialis a few months ago for the first time. It helps, but I can feel the effects diminishing already. Also, I have felt like my dick works even less now when I'm not on anything... It's a scary feeling. I'm scared to get into a relationship because I don't want a woman to leave me over my dick not working. It's such a huge blow to my confidence to not be sure how my dick will react on any given day. I feel like if I get into a serious relationship, I'll have no choice but to be totally dependent on pills, until they stop working and then there's only one option left.

I realize now that I have lost relationships because of my penis' lack of performance. I am pretty sure that if I had other parts of my body step in and "pinch-hit" (tongue, hands or toys) to provide orgasmic pleasures, I would have lost fewer women. So, I recommend learning alternative ways of having satisfactory (for your partner) sex. Then go in with confidence that you can satisfy.

Women generally don't make love to the penis. They make love with the MAN to whom the penis is attached. If the penis does not work, but the man does satisfy by any other means, most will stay with you. There are WAY too many men (with working erections) who are selfish lovers and leave their women unsatisfied. If you satisfy (by whatever means) you will stand out in front of those dolts.

Do injections work on you?

I haven’t tried injections.

Yes, I would be concerned about this. It appears that the risk of an infection increases with each revision. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29795529/
And infections typically require explanation of the device which will not be pretty
