26 very confused

Postby Fred3546 » Wed Sep 30, 2020 10:34 am

Had a completely normal sex life, one weekend I got “whiskey dick” and ever since then I’ve been un able to get a full erection, I can get most of the way but it goes down without attention and it’s not near as hard as it use to be? I think I’ve developed some sort of performance anxiety or something any tips to reverse it? I’m a healthy person probably don’t work out as much as I should but everything else is fine I’m not a routine drinker. I’m use to all sorts of erections throughout the day and then after that weekend it’s completely stopped like it happened over night. No more night erections the morning ones are still there but as soon as I wake up and recognize it it starts to go down.. not sure what to do really

Don't panic. You almost certainly have a pelvic floor issue. Find a PT at this site: www.pelvicrehab.com most PT's can't do pelvic therapy...only the ones listed here are certified to work on it.
You are totally fixable.
You likely also have an anxiety issue. Thoughts?

Is that just a generic response or is it genuine? I think I’ve probably got a little anxiety but never enough to warrant medication or anything I’ve always been able to keep it under control this is just one of those domino effects and I think it might be compounding, I read a post on here who had the same issue verbatim but never heard how it was resolved...

Take the Frank Talk Admin's recommendation. Paul has incredible experience and knows his stuff. Seek out a therapist to help you regain what you had.

I guess I’m just confused as to why it happened all of the sudden like one day I was totally fine and the next was just nothing ?
