Hi guys, i want to know from you, if you get an erection with mental stimulation, or only with manual stimulation or for nothing.

If you are relaxed, maybe alone in your home, and imagine having sex with a girl you like, does the penis go into erection?

Not complete and for sure, not standing
Late twenties. ED since very early twenties. Unable to have sex.

Yeah, but my erections are position dependent so if I’m In a certain position I can have a nice strong erection.
