This isn’t for people who are already in shape and experience penile venous leakage.
Speaking for my self I’ve noticed my penile venous leakage has gotten worse over the years, but I’ve also noticed I’m less active. I first started having sex at 15 years old with no problems from 15 to 20 years old. When I turned 21 I stopped working a physically demanding job (warehouse job) I started a desk job, stopped playing ball, and i stopped going to gym. Ive always ate crappy food And I think maybe all this is catching up with me I’m 27 years old now with penile venous leakage (I’ve had problems for the last 5 years) . I’ve been to two different doctors. They both performed ultrasound test and both results came back positive for PVL.. RIght now I’m taking a daily dose of Cialis, but That doesn’t work well when I try to have sex it’ll either go flaccid after a few minutes or won’t be hard enough for penetration. So I’m basically out of options.. I’m really depressed and I don’t know what to do. I will be giving this a shot over the next 6 months and hopefully I’ll see some improvement I will give you guys an update in the future. I will be completely changing my eating habits and I will do some form of exercise every day. If anybody else used to be pretty active with a working penis and now your not so active and your penis is acting up give it a try.. If anybody has any input or suggestions please feel free to share thank you.

I lost 65 pounds and went to the gym everyday, I’m retired.
I noticed after I lost all the weight, I would have a “fuller” dick in the morning, certainly not “wood”. That was about 3 years ago, so I got much more aggressive finding a solution. Pills, Testosterone, injections.
Stumbled over a Dr. Eid video. Never heard of implants. Found this site and boom, I’m implanted!
If I had known at 40, when ED started, I would have got one then. Maybe I would not have had 20 years of terrible sex with an undependable dick and not have lost 1 1/2 inches!

That implant is the last thing I’m trying to do. I hear so many stories of people losing their length and girth. I think I’m going to keep looking for another solution. But if all else fails by the time I reach 30 I’m just going to pull the trigger on the implant and just deal with it... thank for the reply.

It sounds smart to wait until 30 for a implant if you can’t find a solution and your meds stop working. In the mean time you should keep taking the meds. If meds start to fail you might want to use a penis pump to help. Keep having erections though what ever it takes. The size loss comes from having no erections for a long time. You might want to research and get in touch with some surgeons before you turn 30 Incase the drugs stop working all together.

Just stay on top of this and keep trying to have erections. The implant has been wonderful for me.

Knowing what I do now, I would have been implanted at 18. I had Premature Ejaculation real bad, I put it in and bam, I would come. For that reason alone, I would get one.
Another reason, after 20 years of non existent erections I lost about 1.75 inches.
If I could go back, I would have gone to a young Dr. Eid and had one installed! Dr. Kramer might not have been born yet!

After my first cardiac valve replacement surgery some 12 years ago, my doc added a couple of new meds to control my Type II Diabetes. The result was a gain of some 60 pounds over about 4 or 5 months. Coincidentally, my Blood Chemistry Profile showed that my T-levels were around 350. That's not super low for an old fart, but not the greatest thing in the world either. He took me off those meds (substituted others) and told me to take my fat ass to the gym. Over the next 12 months or so, I lost 85 pounds (probably lost 100 pounds of chub and gained 15 pounds of muscle) and my T-level wet to 750. Venous leakage is not my problem--but my diabetes related ED was (and still is) profound. Nevertheless, staying healthy (which I have done) has controlled my diabetes and allowed Trimix to do its magic on consistently low doses.

Bottom line: physical fitness is a cause, an effect, and an indicator of good health for men from puberty to death.
