A pump will keep it fit as you say. It will stave off atrophy and it will full your penis with fresh blood which is always good.

It will mentally help you too, to see a proper erection for a period of time.

The drugs are simply increasing inflow to a system which has excess outflow, so it will hep build pressure but it won't be as effective as a ring and it may get worse as the venous leak may get worse. I'm sure you know all this and have thought it through.
30 years old. Venous leakage from jelqing. Soft glans and difficulty with cavernosal erection. Using osbon tension bands to cope, works so far. Good erection with the bands. Hope it doesn't get worse.

I've had it for 2 years now and it's been hell so I know what it's like.
Had to figure things out for myself with regard to using the rings without the pump and so on, it's not the way it should be.

The lads here are great, lean on them.

Why dont doctors take measures in full erection? My stretched penis has ridicolois lenght. If i am unlucky and i got scarring from implant, from 11 cm i may get to 10 or 9, ending with an unusable micropenis.

How is it possible that you have so much difference between your flaccid stretch and your normal erection? 6 cm? really?

Was your flaccid stretched measured by a doctor? I know that implant surgeons stretch very little to measure the penis but 6 cm seems a lot of difference
Injury that caused venous leak.
In my 20s thinking about implant

I am also a shower. My flaccid is 3,75 inches and erect 6,75 inches. My corpora is somewhat shrunk and hard when not erect.
VL since 18 likely due to jelquing injury, now 23, pills dont work, injections provide good 20 minute erection which hurts, saving up for an implant
