24 Years old, Peyronie's, moderate ED.

Postby hope794 » Fri Aug 17, 2018 10:17 am

Hi all, i'm a newbie in this forum.
Long story short, here's my situation: until my 20 years old, i was pornstar-like: perfect penis, bigger than average in both lenght and girth, perfect EQ, (i could last for hours, seriously), and i f*cked many many great girls.
Then at 20 years old something strange happened: my penis began, in "semi - erect state", to curve a little bit. And sometimes (like 1/10 of the times), my penis looked like weaker when having sex, giving me some really mild ED problems.

Since that moment, over the years my situation got progressively worse. The little problems with EQ became larger problems, the curve was not only in semierect state but began to show even in full erection.
I know that this sounds ridicolous but now, at 24 years old, i have got a 10 degrees curve to the left while in full erection. Nothing to worry about, you would say.
But, even if it is still really small, it is slowly progressing in years, and the cures i tried didn't seem to stop its progression.
The more this fibrosis progresses, the more problem i have with my erections.

Even if many urologists that i went to say that "venous leakage doesn't exists", i strongly believe that they are liars. I studied a lot the venous leakage and i came to the conclusion that i have a "moderate" venous leakage: i can get a full erection if stimulated, but it is hard to get, it's necessary a lot of work, and penis stays up for 10-15 seconds, then it begins to go down really fast. As you may understand, this is really ridicolous because during sex (i dont do sex since 1 year).. it would be ridicolous to lose the erection with apparently no reason and it takes like 5 mins to get it hard again.
Furthermore, my morning woods did not show since years: sometime, in the morning my penis is a little bit "engorged", but it's not a full erection as it should be.

It's for sure not a severe venous leak, but it's there and it's "moderate". And as long as months and years go on, it is getting worse and worse. The less good erections you have, the worse it will get of course.

And that's my story. At the moment i am not taking cialis or viagra because i can't afford it, i'm only a student. I am using a VED to let the blood flow inside my penis a little bit during the day. I am also taking Pentoxyphilline 400mg twice a day, and Coenzyme Q10 300mg once a day.

This shit ruined my life, but i'm grateful and proud to be part of this community, i am sure i will get a lot of help and understanding.

It seems exactly like my case.
How about your glans?
Injury that caused venous leak.

Have you seen a urologist and discussed implant or surgical intervention? What are your flaccid and erect sizes? That info is not in your signature.

You have venous leakage. You have to try a cock ring, that will cure it, hard erection, full head. It's the only thing that will work.

Slow right down on the implant talk, exhaust simple alternatives first.

For the peyronie's, you must talk to a urologist. No alternative there.

It's a horrific thing but you have to keep fighting!
30 years old. Venous leakage from jelqing. Soft glans and difficulty with cavernosal erection. Using osbon tension bands to cope, works so far. Good erection with the bands. Hope it doesn't get worse.

Naginati;
Why would you try to convince him that a cock ring will fix his peyronie's disease? The longer he waits to get definitive treatment, the worse the peyronie's gets.

As I said, a cock ring will combat the venous leakage.

As I said, he should consult a urologist regarding the peyronie's.

Certainly talk of an implant is not appropriate at this stage.

Talking about an implant at 24 is scaring me like hell.

I already went to an urologist and things looked "stable" after a verapamil cure; but, i injured again some days ago. I think i'll have to spend a lot of money again to try another cure and stop this sh*t.

In my opinion i think you should try naginatis recommendation. With a venous leak there is not much that can be done. Can you keep the erection with viagra?

If not, i think you should try cockrings, i think its worth trying, if it works for you and you r happy with it, it can be a solution. If you not, you can always try injections or get the implant.
Unfortunately there is not much more that can be done with a venous leak
Injury that caused venous leak.

I tried 5 mg cialis and the erection was a little bit easier but still a venous leak, even if better.
What anour pump devices (withour cock ring)? Do they improve erections if used regularly? Or at least keep the penis "fit".

Btw i never tried Viagra, Levitra or Cialis 10mg or 20mg.

My fear about the implant is ending up with a micropenis. I am a grower not a shower.. my flaccid stretched lenght is like 11cm. While in full erection i have 17cm lenght.

Why dont doctors take measures in full erection? My stretched penis has ridicolois lenght. If i am unlucky and i got scarring from implant, from 11 cm i may get to 10 or 9, ending with an unusable micropenis.
