You can use viagra to help but it probably won't be requried. If you conventional venous leak then you will need a ring, but they make all the difference in the world.
30 years old. Venous leakage from jelqing. Soft glans and difficulty with cavernosal erection. Using osbon tension bands to cope, works so far. Good erection with the bands. Hope it doesn't get worse.

Yes.

Vein stripping has been done for years for varicose veins in legs. It is only for cosmetic reasons.

What research are you relying on to undergo this procedure? Or are you just hoping?

this particular surgeon (google dr. geng long hsu) claims if your blood inflow is good he ligates and strip all those major veins responsible for blood drainage.

I use 2 osbon tension bands, size D.

I use a looser ring to get a semi erections first and then slip them on one by one while kegeling.

I understand you want to try everything before an implant. 99 percent of ppl suffering from ED would be happy to be in your situation (pills work). They are always the first line of treatment. These vein surgeries are purely experimental. You will throw your money away.

Dr. Eid described that procedure once that it could long term cause your glans to die and have to be amputated. Read the young threads. Same effect where they occlude veins with adhesives to stop them up or cauterize fry them to death. As I recall, only 1 or 2 have had any success and most if show improvement, it is only for a few weeks or months, then they deteriorate. Read the many many threads in the young members forum.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

I would also kike the opportunity to clear a few things with guys with Venous leakage .The terms VENOSU LEAK is the most misunderstood & the name VENOUS LEAK should also be changed to avoid the confusion. Traditionally most URO believe that there is no problem with the veins, the problem is in the smooth muscle of the penis when the blood comes in the penis muscle does not have the power to hold blood and expand & as the drainage veins are on the outside of the erectile chambers(corpora cavernosa) they do not get compressed to hold the blood so the erections is not sustained.

There are a few cases in which YES the veins do have a problem and normally the deep dorsal vein is ligated because that is the major highways where all small outflow channels come to send the blood back to the heart. Mostly when the major highway is ligated due to the inflow pressure new channel of outflow find its way which results in new leaks.

Dr GENG however believes through his method of surgery no new leaks but are residual veins left in surgery. he ligates all the major veins responsible of blood drainage create a strong dam against blood inflow pressure, resulting in an improvement in erectile function. where as normally surgeons only ligate the dorsal veins

I believe this surgery is investigative & to date I am yet to meet someone who has benefited from it.

Nope haven't tried that...does it work evwrytime for you...most importantly during sex r u stress free I mean do u enjoy it...the main reason for my surgery is that I don't enjoy sex with pills which work for me... it is like going to war with yourself everytime.

It's the only thing that does work for me.

Works everytime.

It's not as good as natural of course, but it makes sex possible. Extra girth from it too.

bro any tips on your technique...do u use cialis or viagra with it
as for my condition i can get erections only with manual stimulation while laying on the back without any drugs...

Ringo1...I have had ED REALLY bad for the last 5 years or so and moderate for about 5 years before that. I am 54 yrs. old, in good shape and no health issues other than a limp pecker. LOL I have tried Bimix, Trimix, and now Super Trimix(ST from here out). I was up to 1cc of ST and it would get just hard enough to have sex, but would go down after about 2-3 minutes and then back up in 2-3 minutes. It was enough to allow for some fun. I do not have "Venous leak", I have "Venous gusher" evidently. I started reading up on Penis pumps and rings due to the shots not working like I had hoped. After some intense looking, researching, changing my mind, looking and researching again, and then reading an article on this forum about pumps, I bought one. I decided on the Encore Deluxe Vacuum Erection Device 2 Pump Head Combo Package(Sounds like something Tim, The Toolman would say on the show Home Improvement). It came yesterday and in good ol' male fashion, I gotta see what this bad boy does!!! I watched the very short video even though I had watched it umpteen times already. I broke that sucker out, put it together, and said here goes nothing. I hit the switch and instantly and I mean instantly, I started getting an erection. First thing I thought was well....SOB, it works!!! I released the vacuum and waited a few minutes to do it again. This time, I did it in increments. Pump for 2-3 seconds and stop, wait a minute or so, and turn it on again, and so on until I was rock hard, but not to the point of it hurting. I stood there amazed and with the biggest smile. Then I released the vacuum again and installed several rings onto the cylinder until I found the one that worked just right. Pumped back up, deployed the ring onto my pecker, and I took pictures and sent them to my wife at work. Her first word was WOW! Next, she said, Unfortunately, it is that time of the month. With that being a little let down, my pecker never did let down!!! I wore the ring for about 5 minutes and was still has hard as it was when I started. Today, I said I would try something a little different. I would try the trimix with the pump and ring and this was an experiment. Experimenting is the only way you can find what will work for you. It is not a "one size" fits all problem. I injected .5cc's(which is half of my regular dose) of the ST and waited for the erection to start, which was about 3-4 minutes. I started with the pump and slowly incremented on/off until I had a full erection. I am talking an 18 yr. old young man erection. I held the vacuum on for 1-2 minutes and then released to see how this would affect the ST injection. The erection started to go down slightly, but not like it had before without the pump. I incrementally pumped all the way back up and deployed the ring. I literally have not been this hard in years. With the ST, I would ALWAYS loose the erection if I laid down, but not this time. I stayed laying across the bed for over 5 minutes and it never softened one bit. I left the ring on for 15 minutes and never ever got soft. Here are a couple of things I noticed in this short period of time. (1)I had more girth than with just the ST alone, (2) I gained a full 1" in length that I had lost due to my pecker never getting as hard as it once did so a softer pecker is a shorter pecker, and (3) I was able to go up one size on the ring as the ST was helping minimize the leak. Up sizing the ring was a big relief for me as I was thinking that the other one was just too tight and it did hurt just a little. After the ST wore off and everything was back to normal, I checked the ol' pecker out and did not see any signs of bruising, small red dots, or anything abnormal. After about 2-3 years of trial and error, I hope and pray this is my final trial and error. Hope this helps you and gives you hope!!! God bless!!!
