Causes of ED in young men

Postby young_and_impotent » Tue May 29, 2018 12:42 pm

I suffer from little libido and complete ED so I was wondering what all can be the causes of ED in young males. Doctor's don't know what it could be.

1. Venous leak which seems to be a very common issue.
2. Low testosterone/ hypogonadism.
3. Diabetes and heart disease.
4. Injury.

Apart from this I was going through reddit post and it said a guy had cysts in his pituitary gland which were blocking his testosterone. It was diagnosed through a CT scan.

Apart from this porn seems to fuck up a lot of young adults these days. See PIED.
What other causes can be there?
26 year old with severe lifelong ED.
Haven't had erections good enough for sex in a decade.
Penis and Libido completely dead now.
No problems healthwise whatsoever.
Currently seeing doctors.
Undergone 2 penile doppler tests both 'successful'.

How about a completely shattered and anxious mind?

Erections BEGIN in the mind. It truly is a mind body process. Acute anxiety issues surrounding erections can be absolutely the primary cause.

Your best bet is to see a qualified Uro who specializes in ED. Someone who comes highly recommended. On this site you will read that there are many Uros out there who don't know much about the topic.

On another forum I used to frequent before the trolls wrecked it, it was shocking how many young guys ruined their erections with pot and other drugs. Yes, several were told by their doctors that was the issue because some of it causes some type of long term chemistry change and a rewire of the pleasure codes of the brain. I person said sugar did the same thing. Sugar, pot, meth, alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine. 2nd urologist I saw at a leading university asked me about all. Caffeine was my only one. He ordered me to stop the caffeine tea. I drink it w/o any sweetener as any sweetener, sugar or otherwise leaves me an after taste I cannot stand. He said caffeine has the side effect of causing cysts in the testes and women's breasts. He said if those people stop caffeine, the cysts go away. May be hype, speculation, based on research or observation. I have no idea because back then I never had time to read studies. I did have a cyst in one testes found by ultrasound at a later visit and it did eventually (months) go away. Hernias and hernia repairs screw up a lot of people as well as by many stories the pseudo estrogens found in many foods and chemicals.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

ED may be caused by obesity, a poor diet, a lack of exercise, or excessive smoking and drinking alcohol. Also, Tobacco use, which restricts blood flow to veins and arteries, can over time cause chronic health conditions that lead to male impotence. Some of the causes of Erectile Dysfunction in young males also include performance anxiety when the man is too nervous to sustain an erection. depression, schizophrenia, and other psychological disorders. penile abnormalities, such as foreskin problems or curvature.

If you are secretly not attracted to the person or trying to openly stay in the closet with sexual orientation, you might not be able to perform. :)
