Have you tried pills like cialis? They can be hugely helpful in getting your confidence back since if you don't have a veinous leak, they will give you a great erection

Even with reslly high anxiety ? I kind of believe that if I’m so anxious any amount of anything won’t over ride my anxiety ?

If you take cialis generally the slightest thought of sex will induce a massive erection. I would definitely give it a try

I think we are talking on another thread too mate

I’ve only taken 50mg of viagra mate. It’s the anxiety what kills everything

Off to see a urologist tomorrow. Tell him all about it

Wow…
Here is a solution for you.
Try 50mg of Viagra and some benzodiazepine like Lexotan or Xanax.
If it doesn’t work you can try with 100mg Viagra.
If it still doesn’t work you can try with injections and benzodiazepine.
Once everything has failed you can go for the implant!

How did OP’s question just go completely unaddressed?

Anyway, I’m in the same not after Jelqing… I really would like to hear from someone else with decreased sensation and an implant to know if the implant is still worth getting.

Looking for some advice 34 and having major difficultys for last 2 years ,

Was using pills but they have stopped working , thinking about penile implant,

I'm concerned however that I'm not fixing the root cause of problem as outside of loss of morning erections , I have also lost sensation and the amount of sperm I ejaculate has become tiny ,

Speaking with medical staff seems to be fruitless ,

I can can understand the penile implant will sort erection ,but am concerned that the lack of sensation and sperm will mean sex will be eternally joyless,

They don't do the doppler test in Ireland anymore which is frustrating as at least I would be able to determine a cause ,I'm concerned that there is more going on considering loss of sperm , sensation and blood flow and that I'm just going to fix one part of problem

Any advice appreciated extremely confused and nearly afraid to speak to medics at this stage as they make me so angry ,

Cheers

"Eternally joyless"? That would depend on how much you value the orgasms, joy, satisfaction, happiness of your partner.

When I was unable to keep an erection sufficient to give my partner orgasms, I considered the question, "Would I give up my own orgasms to have my penis guarantee my partner's orgasms?" The bargain was very attractive to me.

Fortunately, in my case (as in most other implanted men) the trade is not 100%. In my case, maybe 50% at first and after a year, 10% and after three years my orgasmic response it back to normal. But my erectile ability is 100% functional. Sensation may be reduced. I cannot tell for sure, memory being malleable.

I very much appreciate the response, brother, but OP and I wanna hear from someone implanted who’s sensation was reduced BEFORE the implant. I’m well aware that your sensation is temporarily reduced immediately after the implant. Our fear is that the ALREADY reduced sensation will just make us bitter despite having a perfect erection. Yes I do understand that that is a solution that depends moreso on the person experiencing the ordeal so it’s highly subjective but even still, just hearing from someone else in our boat can help us come to terms with our fate and either temper expectations that may be unreasonable OR instill reasonable hope for a brighter future.

Unfortunately we cannot get that kind of reassurance from someone who’s sensation was normal before the surgery. No offense to you, brother. I hope you understand.
