Hello. I'm 23 years old and have been experiencing erectile dysfunction for the past four or five years. Years have passed since the pandemic and bipolar disorder. At first, I thought it was due to my bipolar medication. The doctor changed my medication over the years, but the problem was physical. I had a venous leak and erectile dysfunction. The doctor found it with a Doppler. I'm definitely going to have surgery in 2026, but since I have no experience, am I at a disadvantage and a latecomer? I'm really worried.
Would not having had any sexual intercourse cause problems? If I didn't have erectile dysfunction, I would have a sex life, but I don't.

recommend you try injections before considering an implant.
Implants can damage your corpora cavernosa and fail.

bro use traction and ved device before the implant it will help to preserve the length and sometimes it will help to gain the increase in length and girth if you use them in a proper routine plus first consult your dr about it before using it in your case and please let me know what your dr said on this , my dr recommend me and say traction device increase 1-2cm in lemgth but takes time and a peroper routine ..... please ask you dr about it and tell me it is works to increase the length after the implant .... i am also young 21 years old suffering from venous penile leakage
