I would like to start a survey here. I am 29 years old and have my whole life ahead of me. I have suffered from venous leakage with a soft glans for 9 years. I can still maintain a 50-60 percent erection during sex and penetrate with it. At the moment sex is possible with a 50-60 percent erection but it is unsatisfactory for me and the women. All the women have left me because of this. I have heard things like the sex is not hard enough. At the moment I am really racking my brains. Should I get an implant or not?
