Stimulation for Implant

A very new area of interest is penile physical therapy. From exercises to stretching to vibrational therapy, it's all new and still being studied. This is where we can share techniques, exercises and successes.

Stimulation for Implant

Postby DougMac » Fri Nov 25, 2016 10:51 pm

Simple question---suggestions needed from men with implant. Looking for ways to stimulate the orgasm experience for one that no longer shoots. Use Tenga 3D but have heard prostrate massagers and other items might increase the experience. Need help due to my wife's health and inability to get me off during regular intercourse.

Thank you!

There is a very effective herbal called Yohimbine HCL (Primaforce is a good brand). One capsule 35-60 minutes prior to sex takes care of my problem. But, it is NOT without side effects, so read up on it. The most bothersome side effects for me are:

1. Raised blood pressure (You can add a Cialis which lowers blood pressure to counteract)
2. Anxiety that lasts most of the day
3. If taken later than noon, I can't sleep at night.

It really works though.

After my radical Prostatectomy I was worried about how it would be never to ejaculate again. Right around my 11th birthday I started masturbating and eventually had sex. My focus had always been on cumming and as soon as I had shot my load, I was done. I never had more than three or four spurts so it was over pretty quickly and while the orgasm felt good, it wasn't spectacular.

After I recovered from prostate surgery, I made it a point to concentrate on my feelings. I became very aware of every sensation in my dick, balls and sac. When my wife touched me, suddenly there was like an electricity rather than just concentrating on the goal of shooting. When I masturbate I also notice the sensations in my fingers. When I eventually cum, there is no ejaculate, but now I realize there are more contractions following what would have been those spurts of cum.

I have to say my orgasms are more intense now than before. Keeping in mind I have ED and often am soft or have a semi when this occurs, I can only hope and imagine it will improve when I get my implant in a little over a month.

If you haven't tried it, concentrate on the feelings you get from touch. It has been very enlightening for me.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

My having orgasms without semen after a prostatectomy doesn't really bother me. I say orgasms feel 99% the same; there just is not the feeling of fluid shooting through the penis and out into the world like before.
