Bulbospongiosus dysfunction

I have cpps that includes dysfunction of the muscles surrounding the penis which contributes to ED.

The muscle is tight from the underside of the snus to the base of the penis where the tight muscle makes the corpus spongiosum and urethra halfway down the shaft very sore and painful.

My question is does anyone have a good method for relaxing and then strengthening these muscles?

I currently do diaphragmatic breathing and reverse kegels, but still struggle with it.. The nerves get irritated making the muscle spasm and feel what I can only describe as fatigued making it hard to tense it during erection. I also take magnesium.

Doe anyone have any other suggestions?
