From penis enlargement sites the head is the one area which can't be enlarged.
The only way for temporality results is a VED and ring.

Kegels should get it to a fuller size while your hold one, but doesn't increase its size over time.

Fillers and other options are only about 6 months before you need to redo them.

You need to explain to your wife or SO that you need therapy to resolve the issue involving oral suction on the glans for an hour twice daily. You can reluctantly settle for once daily.

I can personally attest that the story you'll find on PE enhancement sites that shrinkage losses can't be regained is pure bunk.
I suspect the claim that the glans can't be enlarged is similar bunk.
Only way to know is by trying and what doesn't work for one may work for another.
I suspect pumping may be the only way to work on the glans, and that a ved designed to confine the shaft while allowing the glans to expand may be most effective.
I am less impressed by "clamshell" ved's as they don't confine the shaft, and it has been my experience that maximum distension (sp) requires isolating the targeted part.
I believe a clamshell type would be more effective if a constricting sleeve is used that allows the glans to expand.
