P Shot is Platelet Rich Plasma. PRP is a technique whereby blood is taken from the patient and the PRP is separated out via centrifuge. The PRP is then activated with a special chemical buffer to help release growth factors thereby potentially restoring years of damage to the penis. The PRP Is injected into penis. I got two shots in cavernosum on each side, one high on shaft one low. Then my glans was injected. I hope this answers your question.

QuestionGuy wrote:I did do P-SHOT. Its been 3 weeks and you get a series of 3. They are expensive, as is the mandatory before/after Doppler ultrasounds. Its considered an alternative fringe thing, so insurance wont cover it (im gonna try to sneak in a claim for the Doppler's though) I did notice some of the dense lumpy scar tissue at base soften up, and had a few morning erections (semi's) which was new....but its still to early for me to evaluate this.

Congratulations mate, that's a really good sign your getting morning woods.

I need to ask something to you guys, please answer me. My ed now is severe . Like i cannot achieve an erection without manipulation and it only last 20 seconds and it it's a 70-85% erection. Any of you guys who are doing p shot and shockwave treatment had a similar ed? If so were you able after to have an erection good enough only with pills? I really would like to know how this would help me. Because I think you guys only have mild ed and can get away with pills right?

Edrudd - I have a similar issue. I get erection from stimulation, but even stopping to put on a condom is enough time for it to subside. Pills did not help. BIMIX/TRIMIX were amazing, but i needed more and more stronger mixtures ....and at 3 years, the maximum trimix+cialis gets me an "acceptable" , but not "rock hard" erection. I''ll update here on the P-SHOTS. I just started, so i cant evaluate them just yet.

Update (for anyone following): I've done 2 P-SHOTS and 2 SHOCK treatments to date, and I'm throwing in the towel. I'm abandoning these treatments. If they had a track record like TRIMIX or the implant, I might have stayed the course, but I simply cant justify the expense and the time and the potential false hope with something so experimental. Unfortunately, I cannot really evaluate them and supply any good info here, because I stopped injecting TRIMIX after the first of the year, so any improvements in texture or plaque is quite possibly from the much needed break from the TRIMIX needles.

What is this journey costing you per visit?

I completed my first Gainswave treatment the second week of last month(July), my post appointment is scheduled on Sep 15, 2020, however, am yet to see any difference, in fact, I think the so-called wave treatment has worsened my situation, I will be cautiously optimistic until I see the doctors again for what they call a blood flow check via a sonogram.

My candid opinion - it is highly unlikely for anyone with moderate to severe ED to have any fruitful results with this wave therapy. I don't see how a dead or damaged vain(s) can be resuscitated just by sending a wave signals, that concept to me is fiction. This is fast becoming a very well choreographed criminal enterprised by some group(s) of so-called doctors looking to make a fast buck.

I will keep you all posted after Sep 15th.

I'm happy to hear about the successes some of you had.

I had 14 Gainswave treatments without any effects (hardcore ED). The 2 Doppler tests showed sufficient blood flow, but I wonder about venous leakage. I used the pump 2-3-4 times a day for 10-20 min. I blew my wad (money, that is) on those and only thought about P-shot because of it.

GainsWave and P Shot worked but only on a temporary basis.
Did not sustain, it may work for others but not me. Waste of money!

I just want to bring everyone up to speed regarding my Gains wave therapy, it was a total waste of time and money, my Urologist to me I should have used the money for a vacation. Anyway, that concludes my Gainswave journey.

I do have a question: After my post gainswave treatment, I observed that the generic Viagra is no longer as effective as it uses to before gainswave, so I switched to the branded viagra same result, has anyone used both the generic and branded before? I want to know if anyone does have a similar reaction to has and branded.
