Swallow your pride, abandon societally imposed strictures and open up the discussion about the disparate distribution of nerve endings (and accompanying erogenous zones) with your partner in a non-sexualized (but sensualized) setting (e.g. couples massage).
Your partner may surprise you.
There are ways to mitigate the "dirty" aspect of the posterior.
Also, discussing erogenous zones may educate you about how the zones are differently distributed on men and women, to the delight of both your partner and you.
Communication is key.
Caveat: A trusted partner is essential for this approach. Not recommended for one-nighters or brand-new partners unless they are into it.
