I posted this in the Sexuality 2.0 forum also but I"m thinking it may be more appropriate here. So here goes:
I'm 74 years old with a small penis (about 4"). I also have a penil implant. My penis points downward when hard, making penetration difficult during intercourse. See attached photo.
Are there exercises that might strengthen the pubic muscle so that my penis would point Up, or at least straight, rather than down?
I attached a pic to the post in sexuality 2.0 if you are interested.
Thanks so much for any insight.

ED since using SSRI antidepressants. Unable to maintain erection sufficient for penetration. Tried PDE5's, VED, injections. AMS 700 CX implanted 8/1/2022, penoscrotal by Dr. McVary, Loyola medical center. 15cm + 1.5 and 1.0 RTE's. 65 ml reservoir.
Re: Angle of penis
Mine points straight out when fully inflated, always has. I am 7.25 inches long and 6 inches of girth, so it's pretty heavy. When deflated it hangs around 5 o'clock. I love this thing.

66 yrs old. Married 40 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.
