I got a private message asking about my success with hanging and the VED. I thought my answer might have some interest. I stay off topic but though I might post it anyway.

I used ghe Bkb hanger before my first implant.

When I needed to revise the original implant I had time to think about what to do next. I decided since I was going to get a new one I stopped worrying about damaging the old one. But i switched from the Bib Hanger to a suction cup hanger and it worked great.

Today,.. almost 3 years from my revision I used the suction cup device at least once a week. My motive is two fold... I want to keep my length in case of a second revision and the suction cup really works great pn my glans. I think I have made gains on my permanent size. But for hours after hanging my glans is huge.. at ;eat 50MM diameter and it is more sensitive.

The one I like is sold by Total Man in Australia. They now have 5 sizes pf cups with 50mm the biggest. I wish they had another size larger. I can't find one n the internet.

My hanging routine is to start with 5# and do 50 swinging circles in bpth directions and then 50 back and forward swings. Then I add another 2 1/2 # and repeat. Then I can go up to 15# but this is rare. I usually stop at 12 1/2#

I also used a percussion vibrator to massage all around my device in attempt to tear down some of the ligaments.

As I write this it occurs to me that if you are truly interested in hanging I am willing to speak to you on the phone or maybe a zoom call where I can show you.

After the hanging I then use a LeLuv vacuum cup with modifications to work on my glans and the end of my penis to engorge that.

Then i finished with a XL GLans Enlarger VED for the entire penis.

Then I am good to go.

I have done so many things to enlarge my penis I cannot assign a value to each, But I think the hanger is the most effective.

Before my implant I was about 5 3/4 in length and I don't recall the grth but my best guess is around 4 1/2

Now, measuring from the side bone pressed to the tip with a tape measure I am slightly over 8" with varying girths of 5 " around the glans, 5 1/2" mid shaft and at least 7 1/2" around the base.

I credit the TItan for a lot of my success but my routines really worked for me.

Along with my PE program I stumbled oh a program to have Super Orgasms where I have learned to separate my orgasm from my ejaculation to avoid the refractory process.

I use a Venus 2K masturbator daily and I can definitely confirm that the bigger I get the more pleasurable it feels. SO sixe does matter at least to me.

Between the implant, a larger penis, my super orgasms, and my Venus I have a great time every day usually more than once. The only reason to stop fucking my machine is that I get tired of twerking or my penis loses some sensitivity. Wait 10 minutes and I good to go again.

I know I gave you more than you asked for but I thought you might be interested.

btw I also inject testosterone and is sky high. Always watching to make sure I am no letting my blood from getting too thick.

I suppose it would be fair to say I am hyper sexual.. maybe an understatement. But at my age of 86 I am happy having a lot of fun. I have had more orgasms this last year than in all of the years leading up to my implant at age 73.

How often and long did you vacuum cup hang in the beginning?

There are TWO beginnings.. the first was before my first implant and I was in the PE mode including getting ready fpr my implant. Since there was no implsny to possible damage I used the BID hanger which is really effective for lengthening the ligaments and tough linings, At the time my mind was not on working on my glans and I can't comment on whether the BID hanger helped or not. I suspect it did.

The second "beginning" is after my first implant failed.. tubes disconnected.. This happens more with my struggle to deflate and pulling n the pump to gain access to the release valve. Up to this time I was not doing any hanging. I limited myself to VED, jelqing, etc. No hanging de tp fear I would damage the implant with the BID hanger.

However to get ready for my revisikon I went back to hanging I reverted to the BID nge since I had nothing to lose, I startling getting good results. Fr varclus reasons delayed the revision which gave me more time fpr PE results.

By the time of the revision I had gotten longer such that i west from a 15 CM AMS implant to a 22CM Titan implant. Proof positive that my PE was paying off.

After the revision I wanted to insure I keep my length and possibly even get longer I want back to hanging with suction cup which could most damage anyring. This time my real focus was on glans enlargement and sensitivity.

I think that if I needed another revision I would graduate to a 24CM with extensions

I used the suction cup on a regular basis.. at least 3x a week to work on my glas and the distal 1/3 of my shaft. At the same time with the weights pulling on me I do my Kegels which is a real factor in my protstate orgsasms.

I had Rp in 2021.

Trimix and Quadmix are not working well for me, so I'm considering a penile implant. I would like to regain my length before my implant. Also, I'm trying experiments to enlarge the penis glans because of my ED and lack natural enlargement.

The decision to get an im[lant can be daunting. there is no turning back. Having said that getting ah implant was the best decision I have ever made.

You are asking the righg questions.

Does size matter? YES and I can prove it. Picking the right implant can help. Since I have had TWO dicks I can make comparisons.

My motive is to pay it forward to the nexr guy.

There's more than dick size. Multiple orgasms and being the best at cunnilingus is right up there.

To ejacuate or not is the real question. If ypu are not familiar with the Super Orgasm you should try to learn.

THe implant plays a big role here. Go for it. (however know the risks first).
