True story...

I had a consultation with Dr. Perito in Miami yesterday. While sitting in the waiting room I overheard the receptionist talking on the phone with someone who is scheduled for an implant. He evidently read the pre-op instructions but needed clarification. She said, "It's OK to shave your face, just not your groin area." :D

That was the only part my wife didn't like. She contrasted the professional experience and office of my prostate surgeon, Dr. Patel with Dr. Perito's office decor...

Good luck on your implant. BEST THING I EVER DID FOR ME and MY WIFE.

Best advise I can give you is try to walk as much as possible right after the surgery. Don't over do it, but walking is your best friend to recover quickly and get back on the saddle sooner. A Tylenol and or Mortim here and there helps. Try to avoid the opioids cause they do constipate you and you don't want to strain right after surgery. Wear the most supportive jock straps you can find, get them cheap on Amazon cause you'll toss them away in about 4-6 weeks, after that just wear what you normally use.

In 2 weeks you'll be seeing your doctor so he can give you the go a head to start cycling.

The first time you have sex, It will feel a little strange and you may encounter a little discomfort. Don't worry about this, it will eventually go away, plus your wife has to get used to your implant (which will be very hard). Eventually your implant will start to become a more natural feel. Amazing how the human body adapts to these things.

I got my implant at UM Hospital by Dr Housser on March 11th and "again" one of the best things I ever have done for myself. It's freaking AMAZING.

HINT ***** Best advise is cycle every day (at least 2 times x day morning and night) just to keep it malleable and most important as your anatomy starts to regain growth and girth, you want your penis to naturally do it as well, and the only way for this to happen is to cycle everyday. It's only 10 minutes x cycle and that's it.
I was given this advise by the Rep of Boston Scientific manufacturer of my implant. She strongly recommended against using any pumps, let your cycling and nature regain your length and girth. AND IT WILL

Best
