Getting an implant is like buying a new car or truck. The ladies look for a smooth ride, completely comfortable. We guys on the other like peddle to the metal syndrome. When us guys get a new ride we want to what it can do, how fast we can go. So ladies it is our nature to put the peddle to metal, hammer down, Balls to the wall!!!
