Good Morning All. Glad to be on here after reading posts for a month.

I stupidly injured myself with a vacuum device 2 years ago and developed
a variant of a peyronies / penile deformity where scar tissue developed internally
at the base of my shaft. After going to urologist after urologist I’ve realized they have no real understanding of the penile anatomy. Most believe its psychological, especially at my primary at the VA. I’ve taken Pentox and Cialis to try and combat the shrinkage and lack of erections. It’s gotten worse and I’ve lost ½ inch in girth and ½ inch of length. It’s almost ruined my relationship and my life. But I assume it will continue to ”narrow” My flaccid appearance is more than embarrassing. I’m researching implant possibilities. I feel it’s the only way to combat ED and shrinkage. I haven’t found anyone on this sight or the peyronies sight that have quite the same problem. Thanks for reading. Any insight would be appreciated especially with the implant.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

No misstep William. A signature helps the rest of the members if you asked a question. You would be surprised how much unwritten info is gained from a decent signature. Welcome to Frank Talk. :)

One of the uses for the Vacuum Erection Device (VED or penis pump) is to 1) maintain oxygenating blood flow to your penis tissues and 2) reduce, prevent or reverse penis size loss (from lack of erections).

I would suggest using your VED for those purposes, but less aggressively than you did to cause your injury. (I am assuming a lot about your injury.)

Could you elaborate on the damage done?

Thank you Lost Sheep.
numb pain on the left side that still persists to this day if I attempt to pump, so I don't. When I do, the penis bends due to internal scar tissue. Strangely enough when I do get a normal erection which takes longer now, it is pretty straight.
the scar tissue has kind of "choked" my penis and restricted blood flow at the base which causes the head and top of the penis to lose shrink. When I run or exercise this is very evident and I feel coolness to the head slight discoloration not to mention extreme shrinkage. Its not a classic "peyronies" case. More of a deformity that was caused by that "over pumping session." Since then my flaccid penis feels "dead" without blood and shrunken. It is very frustrating. Ive been to 2 different Urologists within the VA, and a Peyronies expert in Burbank and one in Santa Monica, which cost a fortune. I was told there was nothing I could do. So I take cialis, l-citrulline, and use to take Pentoxyfyline. Any ideas would be appreciated but Im afraid an internal pump is in my future. Ive read it helps to stop "shrinkage" caused by peyronies, and can "fill" out the penis in flaccid state. My only concern is that if I pump it up a lot it might cause that same pain.
Thanks for the question, Lost Sheep.
