ejaculatory sensation

Hey guys, do you guys have a ejaculatory feeling at orgasm with or with implants or is that something that goes by the wayside with age. I have a few drops of seman that I can "milk" out but no sensation. I can't remember when it stopped but it has been a long time-I think. Orgasm is onily one major burst. Good and satisfy but too short. I practice self gratification even though married. Wife not in to sex.

I lost my genital sensation after my prostate surgery. I have been getting some pre c um once in awhile and that's nice, but no ejaculation anymore. However, when I have an orgasm, it's VERY intense. Much more than ever before. My wife isn't interested in sex anymore, either. The result of her anti-depression meds. So I have good orgasms, though they're dry. I think some of it is from age as well.
Age 63 married 41 years...2 kids and 2 grandkids. Had robotic RP in Apr 2008. Negative PSA since then. Suffered ED initially from Type II diabetes and then the RP. Had AMS700 LGX implant on 7 Nov 11.
