What is your current situation? What treatments have you tried and what was the result? Do you have a good urologist that is helping treat your ED? Where are you located?
There are forum categories for the different treatments (pills, injections, implants). If you have specific questions about those different treatments you get the best responses by posting in those categories.
There is a solution. One way or another you will be able to get erections that let you get back to having satisfying sex.

57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.
