Hello, new here. I believe I have a significant downward curve to my penis. I do not know how to tell whether it is peyronies or congenital. Because of the angle, during sex it just doesn't feel natural, especially if its not doggy style.

The underside of my penis feels extremely short compared to the top side.. not sure the anatomy but it feels extremely "taut" and Its very hard to bend it straight while erect. When penetrating my dick kind of curls into itself because of that, but hard to explain

Im not too knowledgeable of what treatment is possible on this, Im afraid to see a doctor without a general idea first because I've heard bad stories about penis treatments in general. I tried asking chatgpt and it said grafting to make the underside longer was a possibility, is this true?

Mine wasn't extreme to the point where sex was bad, but I have the same thing where it seems genetically the underside wants to tighten. It also seems to make the CS flatter than it should be. With a cock ring the whole thing fills up round, but I never have that distinct CS bump (kinda jelly of them actually). It also caused a lot of turkey neck.

All I can say is it improved over the years with clamping and cycled vibration/heat pumping, and is almost gone thanks to the Titan implant. Clavell also took the turkey neck out with his diamond incision so I'm close to having a straight and full-length dick, but I still wish there was a way to develop the CS. The only thing I can think of is what this goofy guy on youtube calls angion method which is basically nothing more than stroking the shaft repeatedly and I can see how it might help, but it seems like I would rub my skin raw before it did anything to stretch out the soft tissue underneath.

Yes you can definitely use surgery to fix a curve without an implant. Of course an implant makes it work much better, but if you don't need it yet, just look into "auxetic cuts." Dr Hakky is probably the best one to go to for this. He will just score the outer layers so your natural erections force the lower side to stretch out more than your topside. Be warned it means degloving to get access... they will have to peel the skin back so it's a bigger scar.

I know there are other methods to fix peyronie's like injections and even orals but though they did show some results in scientific studies I don't know how widely they are trusted. If you have tried nothing yet, maybe go that direction first, but if you are at the point of surgery, you definitely have options.
