Less than 24 hours out from my implant surgery. Ended up with a Titan 24, no rear tip extenders. Pain is manageable but I still have a drain in. Thanks to all of you for the advice I’ve read on this forum over the last couple of months.

66 years old; pills worked for several years, then trimix worked for a while, but became ineffective. May 21, 2025 infrapubic implant Titan 24 cm 0 RTE by Dr. Clay Mechlin.

Congrats and good luck healing! Infrapubic or penoscrotal surgery?
58yo Coloplast Titan implant scheduled for 10/23/2025 with Dr. Hakky. Pre-op erect measurements:

Geragegymmike, welcome. Ice baby ice. Fill in your signature and enjoy the healing process. 24 titan is a very nice package you’ll be so happy w your new you. Each day will be better than the last for a year.
